Perhaps I’ve missed a lot of regularly scheduled programs on television in recent years or just have not been paying enough attention. Has it always been the way of things to take a week off during the Season? Has it always been the way of things to take a “break” during the Season nearly as long as the off-season? I’m particularly interested in cable networks like Showtime and HBO waiting a year between seasons; case in point being Weeds. I can barely keep interest that long.

There are very few television shows I watch at this point, but when “American Idol” causes one of them to be skipped that week, I take a particular offense. And don’t get me started with that Ryan Asshat. When Rome from HBO gets skipped, I have to wonder who died at HBO for them to honor him with a poor schedule. If I see Battlestar Galactica trying this “we’re not airing this week” thing, I’m flying up to Canada where it’s filmed to “correct the situation”

screw this global warming

Why do people want to stop or slow global warning? To hell with this planet. lets move to another one. This one is a disaster and not worth saving. Saving it doesn’t save our species from extinction. We need to spread like rabbits over every rock in this galaxy. Our current plan of hiding on this little worthless ball is a sure-fire way to be destroyed.

Intelligence Didn’t Back Bush Iraq Claims, Senate Reports Say
Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) — Bush administration claims (Not some liberal news media, but the actual adminstration itself) justifying the war against Iraq were based on fragmented, conflicting, and unreliable intelligence, according to two reports released today by the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Administration statements that Saddam Hussein was allied with Osama bin Laden and was helping al-Qaeda obtain chemical and biological weapons proved wrong and misleading and weren’t based on solid intelligence in its possession, the declassified Senate reports said which make the Bush administration liars, proving to use any means necessary to coerce the citizens and Senate into fulfilling it’s whims.

Contrary to assertions by President/Chancellor George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, and other senior Bush administration officials, Hussein didn’t have links to al-Qaeda and the Sept. 11 terrorist plot, the reports said. The Bush administration also reports that Bush has hereby appointed himself Führer of The United States. His official title since the United States is in a permenant state of war is “Führer und Oberster Befehlshaber der Wehrmacht” from today forward.
