Sometimes I like to stand on my balcony and point at cars as they come around the corner and slow down for the stop sign. I want to be known as the El Camino Real Pointer.

A Mountain of Slush
I went to Mountain High this weekend. Their snow report page says:
“Snowmaking took place last night and added a fresh layer of snow to some of your favorite runs so head up to Mountain High for excellent coverage and beautiful weather. Both East and West Resorts will be open today with nearly every lift and [...]
Giant Mammoths
I’ve just returned from a weekend trip to Mammoth, CA. A bunch of slackers all headed up in a van with the intent of hurling ourselves down the face of a mountain on sticks strapped to our feet. Naturally, I got separated and lost thanks to the reliable Maker Effect. I ended up going around [...]
Joshua Tree Adventuring
I’ve completed the Skills Camp 2008 at Joshua Tree National Park. It was extremely fun and I got a chance to use a lot of the new gear I bought including but not limited to:
Kelty Crestone 2 Tent
Barely a First Aid Kit
Rocket in my Pocket

Some flips and some rocks
I skydove today and did some forward flips. Very fun stuff. I also convinced my sister she wants to do AFF certification with me. Who needs laser eye surgery, anyway? Not her, that’s who.
There will be camping with rock climbing going on next weekend as well. Furthermore, my calendar is very cluttery and busy through [...]
A few words that rhyme with Cory
I will be in Joshua Tree National Park, CA this weekend. Hold my calls, as I understand there isn’t any reception there anyway. I sort of wish I had brought back my tent and sleeping bag from Florida. There will be rock climbing, and there will be photographs. With 700 species of vascular plants, [...]
